Welcome to Belle

Belle, in the centre of historic Greenwich, stocks great fashion with fresh designs from both established and more eclectic labels.  Its relaxed and informal atmosphere allows customers to browse unhurriedly around two floors of a lovely, beautifully decorated Georgian house without pressure or stress of any kind.  There is plenty to see and try on, both clothes and accessories, and for those that want it, personal attention, from its three elegant owners, is always on hand to help you find the perfect look.

Packed with labels to die for, every woman should find what they are looking for.  You will find exciting English designers Marilyn Moore and Harper N Hall and Belgian chic features largely, with designs by Francoise Pendville, Chine and Essentiel.  Belle also stocks Velvet, sought after Paige jeans, Just in Case, Betsey Johnson and Day Birger Mikkelsen among others.  In due course Belle will also offer its own designs to complement its current offer of styling, alterations, personal shopping and wardrobe planning.

Make sure you are on the mailing list (you can join it on the link below)  for the special evening openings, or make an after-hours appointment.

Belle is located just opposite the DLR station at Cutty Sark right in the centre of Greenwich and only 5 minutes away from Canary Wharf on the Docklands Light Rail.

Belle was set up by three local women, Rachel Lethbridge, Jane Stagg and Karin Tearle, all of whom have great experience in fashion and a shared joy in the business and love of clothes.  They decided to open Belle as they were frustrated that there was nowhere between Paris and Charing Cross where they could find clothes they wanted to wear.

Daily Candy (www.dailycandy.com) “With its sleek grey interior, elegant chandeliers and comfortable armchairs, Belle has brought a touch of rococo chic to the south east.  The place is utterly peaceful and the staff are some  of the most efficient in the capital.  Go there and prepare to burn your credit card.  It’ll be money well spent.”
